The Aetherius Society is a worldwide spiritual organisation comprised of people dedicated to help heal and uplift humanity through spiritual action. We were founded in 1955 by the late western Master of yoga, Dr George King, in order to help the Cosmic Masters bring a state of balance back to humanity.

Through the yogic mediumship of Dr King, a vast wealth of spiritual teachings have been given to humanity and The Aetherius Society is the custodian of these. These teachings have come directly from highly evolved intelligences living on other worlds and address the most important issues facing humanity as a whole today, as well as providing a blueprint for us to follow into our future. Along with profound wisdom they provide practical tools which we can use to help our world.

Sending out energy to help the world

• Services – our Sunday morning services combining a mix of western and eastern spiritual practices.

• Twelve Blessings and absent healing services – Wednesday night services in which we send out spiritual power to the world.
• Power circles – special services held during a spiritual push.
• Pilgrimages to holy mountains – such as New Zealand’s holy Mt Wakefield.

Why do we do this?

Our world is desperately out of balance. Countless millions barely survive without the most basic living standards. Yet in the wealthy west the materialistic race goes on. Humanity as a whole must break away from this madness by turning back to spirituality and embracing the simple concept of service to others.

It is up to each of us to play our part.

Why The Aetherius Society?

The Aetherius Society does not claim to be the one and only path to salvation. However it certainly does offer unique opportunities to all who wish to investigate them. During his lifetime, Dr King was in direct communication with highly evolved intelligences on other worlds. Part of the incredible legacy he has left our world are the spiritual missions of The Aetherius Society.

At the New Zealand branch of The Aetherius Society you can participate in missions in which we are cooperating with these Cosmic Masters from other planets in our solar system – literally, the Gods from space.
