The Aetherius Society is a worldwide spiritual organisation comprised of people of all ages and from all walks of life who believe in and are dedicated to spiritual action to help our world.  We were founded in 1955 by the late Western Master of Yoga, Dr. George King to act as a vehicle for the Cosmic and Ascended Masters to introduce a Cosmic Concept into religious thought and also to cooperate in unique spiritual activities designed to benefit the Karma of the world. In these days the need for action is vital in our world - with the environmental, economic, political and social areas of life in a state of disarray. The cure for all of this seems to elude us as we seek many remedies for our world's ailments. Behind all of this discord there is an obvious cure - for us to turn away from pure materialism and start to manifest the spiritual aspects of our being. To do this we have to start to use the higher forms of energy freely available to the spiritual side of our nature and radiate this out to all. Unlike material energy, there is no shortage of spiritual energy for the vast universe is an infinite reservoir for it. The work of The Aetherius Society is that of showing people how to do this - giving them tools and opportunities to potentise their spiritual actions exponentially - so that they can be of great benefit to the world and at the same time develop themselves. The activities of The Aetherius Society are wide and varied and include: Spiritual Healing, Yoga, the mystic practice of The Twelve Blessings, climbing of Holy Mountains, cooperation in Cosmic Missions such as Operation Prayer Power and Operation Space Power, Divine Services, listening to Cosmic Transmissions and advanced lectures and seminars on metaphysical truths, Discovery Evenings, Workshops and much more. The Aetherius Society teachings are unique in that they bridge the gap between science and religion, spirituality and the cosmos, terrestrial and extraterrestrial life, and explain clearly our position and responsibility in the Cosmos. More than this they offer a unique opportunity to cooperate with highly elevated beings on and beyond this earth in Cosmic Missions which have a direct and powerful affect on the karma of our world.
