How much is shipping?

Each order costs a flat rate of $5.00 regardless of the number of items purchased.

How are orders shipped?

We use NZ Post and orders are normally shipped the next day.

Where do you ship to?

We only ship within New Zealand. For orders from other countries please visit the shop on our international website.

Can I pick my purchase up myself?

Yes you can collect your purchase from us directly in Birkenhead on Auckland’s North Shore. Just call 09 418 1170 to arrange a convenient time. We don’t have eftpos onsite but can take credit card and cash.

Paypal won’t accept my credit card, what can I do?

If you have previously setup a Paypal account, or purchased something from another website using your credit card, then you may have to log in to Paypal to be able to use this card. Otherwise we suggest you pay by bank deposit.

Can I download the audio files directly to my mobile device?

iPhone/iPad/iPod users should download the file to your desktop or laptop computer and place it in your iTunes library. Once in iTunes, sync your device with your computer and the file will be transferred. If you wish to download the file directly to an Apple device you will need to install a third party app. You may want to explore Downloads Lite.

Android, Google, and Kindle Fire device users will be able to download our files directly to your device.

Do the audio files work on all Apple and PC programs?

Our audio download files are .m4a format and are supported by all Apple programs and most PC programs. Earlier versions of Windows Media Player do not support .m4a files, but the newer versions do. If you have a version that does not support .m4a you may find it easier to purchase the CD version instead.
